Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bearly Invested (“Bearly Invested”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) — an app operated by Ninad Sadashiv Bhide, an individual developer — collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bearly Invested mobile application and related services (the “App”). Bearly Invested is an educational stock-market information app. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and does not execute trades or hold funds.

Information from third-party sign-in

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider to create and identify your account. Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.

Subscription information

If you purchase a Pro subscription, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status (e.g. active/expired) and a subscription identifier. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details — those are handled solely by Apple or Google.

Automatically collected information

Our servers process standard technical data required to operate the service, such as IP address (used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention) and basic request logs. Market data shown in the App (prices, movers, sector performance, news) is general market information and is not personal to you.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers we share data with

We use the following third-party processors to run the App. Each receives only the data needed for its function, and is bound by its own privacy and security terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.

4. Data storage and international transfers

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by the providers above, which may be located in the United States or other countries. By using the App, you understand your information may be processed in countries outside your own, which may have different data protection laws.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@bearlyinvested.app. You can also delete your account from within the App.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App.
