These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bearly Invested mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Ninad Sadashiv Bhide, an individual developer (“Bearly Invested”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may sign up using an email and password, or via Google or Apple sign-in.

The App offers an optional paid “Pro” subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
Market prices, movers, sector data, news, and AI-generated explanations are provided by or derived from third-party sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability, and data may be delayed. Third-party content is the responsibility of its providers, and your use of it may be subject to their terms.
The App, including its design, branding, mascot, and original content, is owned by Bearly Invested and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bearly Invested will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bearly Invested from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
